	Role: Workspace Design Consultant CAlibre are looking for a Workspace Design Consultant who will be based within a high profile Client’s offices. This is an established Client and this role will give you the opportunity to design and project manage, but to assist in developing the strategic “face” of the Company and is a career development opportunity. The role has an eclectic mix of project consultancy and marketing & design. It is envisaged that approximately 80% of your time will be spent project managing, space planning and liasing with the user clients. The remaining 20% of your time will be spent developing design standards, marketing and contributing to CAlibre’s growth. With proven presentation experience and skills, you would be expected to make a significant contribution in assisting the Director with business development projects. 	Role: Trainee/Junior Workspace Consultants CAlibre are looking for a Trainee/Junior Workspace Consultants to be based within a high profile Client’s offices. The role will encompass a mix of tasks from data gathering and entry, through CAD drawing and space planning to Client facing briefings. You would be expected to build on your space planning and CAD experience and be expected to develop the role internally. The role will place you in the proximity of high profile people so, apart from your growing technical skills, you would be expected to have a mature and tactful approach. A willingness to learn and take responsibility is a must. An interest, knowledge and enthusiasm in IT matters would be an advantage and beneficial in this role. 	These roles are embedded in SW1 or Docklands, however there will be an infrequent element of travelling within London. There would be some weekend working for all of these roles. The roles will be located at a Clients office and, if it is not already held, CTC level of security would need to be attained.
