 Credit Suisse
CAlibre provide an ongoing space planning and occupancy reporting service for multi-national investment bank, overseeing 2 million sq.ft. of property across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Current projects include restack of all satellite buildings within the Canary Wharf campus back into it’s main premises. The relocation of it’s trading operation in Moscow to a new site and the fit-out / design of 40,000 sq.ft of new premises in London.


 Ministry of Justice
CAlibre has provided workspace consultancy service for MoJ headquarters since 2001. Working in partnership with the MoJ, CAlibre has developed and implemented the transition from cellular offices to open plan working. Responsible for churn management since 2003, CAlibre has built the team relationships between each Moves and Changes contractors, and established the working procedures that ensures an efficient and customer focused service. Individual projects also include the design, implement and migration of senior management suite and HQ Library into new buildings and change management programmes to support the transition to open plan working.


 Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein
Provided space-planning service for the re-stack of three floors of the London Headquarters of the bank. Assessed the adjacencies and layout of the existing arrangement and provided a solution to improve the circulation between dealer floors and support offices.


 Baring Asset Management
Assisted with the development of this major investment bank's facilities management and cable management procedures and strategies. This has involved the design of an open plan office strategy and the implementation of changes. CAlibre has also been responsible for the planning and execution of all office moves for the last 10 years at their buildings in Bishopsgate as well as for the design and project management of the fit out of their disaster recovery site.


 Shell Mex London
Space planning of all moves for the Shell Mex location in the Strand until Shell vacated this building in 1999. Involving client liaison and management of the projects as well as interior design studies for the larger projects. Installed the facilities management software to provide the standard quarterly space utilisation reports.
